Patti Rich, LPC
I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit. If you are navigating a major life shift or feeling stuck, I offer a non-judgmental space to help you find your footing and move forward in a direction that suits your needs. I see myself as a supporter and a guide.
I’m an experienced licensed professional counselor and I’m motivated to work with many types of individuals. I can help you with anxiety, low self-esteem, codependency, coping skills, life transitions, PTSD, recovery from dysfunctional upbringings or abusive relationships, general relationship issues, workplace dynamics, as well as simply being a sounding board for you.
I have a Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University. I began my career working with children and families in the home, school and community. I then moved into private practice working with adults. My training is in Cognitive Processing Therapy, an evidence based cognitive behavioral trauma therapy. I also draw on a variety of integrative and creative approaches to meet your specific challenges.
Therapy means you don’t have to go it alone. I look forward to working with you!
