Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located next to RockHound Apparel and directly across the street from the Sunoco Gas Station.

Q: Do you have evening or weekend hours?

A: Yes, we offer both appointments in the evening, as well as Saturday appointments. We are closed on Sundays.

Q: How is my privacy protected?

A: We take your privacy very seriously. All counseling sessions are confidential and we do not disclose your participation in counseling to anyone. All client information and records are kept private according to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Only in rare instances are exceptions made to protect the safety of a client. 

Q: How much do counseling sessions cost?

A: If you plan to pay out-of-pocket, our cost is $100 per session. If you are using insurance, different insurance companies have different copayments and deductibles. If you would like to know your cost per session, we are happy to assist you when you contact us to set up a first session. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and FSA/HSA accounts.

Q: Do any of your clinicians speak Spanish?

A: Yes. We have one non-native Spanish speaking clinician.
