Audra Smallwood, MS, LBS

I am a Master's level clinician with 15+ years of experience working with a diverse clientele, including all age groups. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Cedar Crest College in 2007 and my Master's Degree in Counseling Studies from Capella University in 2010. I have been working towards PA licensure at Alvernia University, with an expected graduation date of May 2024.

I have been a Licensed Behavioral Specialist since 2014, utilizing play therapy with children struggling with behavioral issues and children on the autism spectrum. I have been employed in various settings, including drug and alcohol treatment, inpatient treatment, outpatient counseling, and IBHS services. My practice includes working with clients struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and spirituality. I specialize in working with survivors of childhood abuse, destructive relationships, and sexual violence, as well as, with pregnancy and infant loss.

Before becoming a Master's level clinician, I experienced many struggles, which have assisted me in developing compassion and understanding for other’s suffering. There is hope, possibility, and power when we work together to bring change. During our sessions together, you may uncover an extensive awareness of why particular detrimental patterns have surfaced in your life. You may discover the impact a complex experience has had on you.

I would be honored to assist you in your journey of healing and help break the chains you have been struggling with in your life.
